At Apollonia Dental Centers.... We All Have a Voice!

Through our Apollonia DecisionPoint Voting System, every team member has a voice in our decisions.  This same point-based system allows every team member shares directly in our prosperity, through our Apollonia PayPoint™ Team Compensation System.

POINTS ASSIGNMENTS:

Each Team Member is assigned points as follows:

 (note: 1 point is intended to equal $100 per work day):

Technician Level         --         0.75      DecisionPoints      

Coordinator Level       --         1.5         DecisionPoints

Dental Hygienist          --        3.0         DecisionPoints                       

Associate Dentist         --        6.0         DecisionPoints

Professional Director  --        12.0        DecisionPoints

VOTES:

For appropriate decisions, each team member votes his or her points.  A majority of votes is necessary to carry any decision.  

Votes can be confidential if desired, and every matter should be discussed openly first.

MATTERS FOR TEAM VOTES:

Working days and hours (subject to availability)

Hiring, firing, promotion, demotion, lay-offs

Dental Plan or Insurance Plan participation (fee schedules)

JOB SECURITY:

Your job security is subject to team decisions, so we truly all work for and with each other.  Other than through a majority vote, your employment or compensation cannot be challenged.

POINT OWNERSHIP PRIVILEGES:

You have a right to your fair share of team income.  

You have a right to vote on the composition of your team, and on other critical decisions that affect your ability to earn.

A majority of points are necessary to adopt this system.  

A majority of points can vote to discontinue this system.
